Island Quilts 2021 Entry Information

Please ensure you have read the IQ Handbook 2021 prior to starting your online entry. Before going to the online entry form, this is the information you will want to ensure that you have on hand:

  • Your TQG Membership Number.
  • The width and length of your quilt in centimetres.
  • A photo of your quilt. The maximum files size is 2 mb. Please name your image with your surname_quiltname.jpg eg, smith_circleoflife.jpg
  • The category you wish to enter your quilt into. Please note, your category may be changed by the Island Quilts Committee.
  • If the quilt is not your original design, have the designer / design source details.
  • If your quilt was quilted by a commercial quilter, have the quilter’s name and TQG Membership Number.
  • Artist Statement (max 500 characters ). Hint: prepare it beforehand in a word processing application such as MS Word. This will allow you to spell check it and then cut and paste it into the form. Your statement could include description, why you made the quilt, design inspiration, techniques, and materials used. 
Once you have all that, you can PROCEED TO THE ONLINE ENTRY FORM.
