A KIND REMINDER: Fees are overdue for many of our members.

Dear Members

A friendly reminder that Tasmanian Quilting Guild membership fees ($40) for the year 2019-20 were due on 1 July, 2019.

You do not need to complete a form if your contact details have not changed, just deposit your payment into the Guild bank account and use your membership number as the deposit reference. The bank details are:

Payments to the above can be made over the counter in any bank. Quote your membership number for bank reference.

Alternatively, send a cheque with your membership number on the back as a reference to the Guild address below. Our Cheques banking fees are expensive and EFT/over the counter deposit is preferred.

Unfortunately, if your subs are not paid by 31 August, 2019, you will be considered un-financial and if you wish to continue as a member of the Tasmanian Quilting Guild, you will be required to pay a re-joining fee of $10.00 on top of the membership fees of $40.00.

These are the rules set out in the constitution of the Guild so cannot be waived.
